Apna Chai Wala — Restaurant in Punjab

I had visited this outlet and my experience with staff was not so good.

1. i was placing an order of medium cup of flavoured tea. AND the answer i got was “sorry sir it can only be large as whole packet of milk would be consumed in making of flavoured tea and rest would be wasted”
2. In same order i had placed an order of sandwich. Staff member given me 2 options:- single cheese or double cheese. I said normal. The amount she made was something different from the menu printed. On enquiring she told me that you have added single cheese. But in bill she charged the double amount.

Dear team apna chai waala! I am from Jalandhar and i frequently visit stores arround jalandhar.

For feedback i would say kindly train your staff to not to cheat the customer.

Pathetic Taste... Staff forces you to opt. their special which is not at all good in any mean... While asking for masaka they again force you to opt. Punjabi bun and butter in that is just for the sake of name only... Although ambience of the place is good but ambience doesn't provide taste... They need to realise this and improve their quality as they are charging way more then they deliver... Could have given 0 if there is...

the worst customer service and nasty employees. I arrive at 9 a.m. on February 17, 2023. nasty staff girl behaviour I asked for one medium and one big ginger elaichi, but she gave me two medium apna chai specials, which I did not order. I may buy 1 medium and 1 large ginger elaichi for 100 rupees. I beg everyone to refrain from visiting Apna Chai Wala ever again for...
