Ecru café & lounge — Restaurant in Punjab

We booked a table for Ecru for the 8th July, 2024 at 4:30 for 3 people. Once seated, we asked for RO water which they refused. The bottled water being served there is priced at Rs 125. The coke can they gave me is priced at Rs 40 MRP, which they were serving at 150 Rs. On questioning about why RO water is not being served, they said that they are not "authorized" to serve mineral water since people have fallen sick because of it before. How can they cook with the same water then? Or is it just an unbelievably stupid lie to fleece their customers? Their servers are incorrigibly rude and their pet response to any issue you raise is "We don't have the authority for this". Avoid this place at all costs, unless you have bags full of money you're waiting to...

I had a wonderful experience at Ecru Restaurant. The food was delicious, the ambience was pleasant, and the service was top-notch. The dishes I tried were all very flavorful. I especially enjoyed the chicken tikka and the mutton rogan josh. The onion naan and vegetable ragout rice were perfect accompaniments. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere that was both relaxing and inviting. Our captain, Lovedeep Singh, provided excellent service. He was attentive and helpful...

Went there last week with friends,ambience is quite good with music and all,place is aesthetically done and is quite clean-gives fine-dine like vibes but THE SERVICE! They take so long to serve food maybe because they are short on staff....Our order was Prime Vera pizza(4/5),alfredo pasta(3/5),peri peri fries(5/5),fall in love drink3.5/5),peach ice tea(1/5),oreo shake(4/5) and mango shake(4/5).I feel there is scope...
