Barista — Restaurant in Punjab

I was introduced to this place only recently..but I was frankly happily surprised at how good it is.. It's a diner...and has a much better menu than the regular barista we have all been to... I have been here thrice and would go back again... Their veg noodles are great...my request to keep them spice free and cabbage free has always been adhered to.. I have tried their egg breakfast plate and got the sausages replaced with sautéed veggies... they could sauté their vegetables better though...they need to be less oily and more crunchy..

Am a tea person...so haven't tried their coffee

Overall it's a nice place...the staff is attentive and available through the meals.. Lots of comfortable sitting options......

Their coffee wasn't that good as expected. It was having essence but no taste. As per they claim their expertise, I am not much convinced with their presentation and taste. They should work on making of coffee. I ordered coffee, they just served in 5-7 minutes. Good coffee takes time. They should definitely work on some areas in this...

Barista has no quality standards for the Ice Cream in the cold coffee. It normally use a local made ice cream. I will never eat such local ice creams otherwise. But Barista Cold Coffee makes me to consume...
