My recent visit to The Brew Estate in Ludhiana left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Despite being a returning customer, the service I received this time was appalling. Not only was I incorrectly charged for drinks that weren't mine, but the staff also showed a complete lack of accountability and professionalism when addressing the issue.

During our visit, we decided to change our seating due to an undesirable spot. However, upon requesting the bill, we were shocked to find items listed that we hadn't ordered. Despite our repeated attempts to clarify and rectify the situation, the staff remained adamant and refused to acknowledge their mistake.

Even when we suggested reviewing the security camera footage to confirm our claims, they dismissed our concerns outright. To add insult to injury, they failed to provide a proper bill after we made the payment.

This experience was undoubtedly the most disappointing and unprofessional I've encountered. It's disheartening to see such a lack of integrity and customer service in an establishment that I once enjoyed visiting. Nice place to hang out with friends and family. The brewery here is awesome. Every type of beer has a distinct taste, all of which are better than any bottled beer.

The ambience here is perfect for enjoying the weekends. The singing band was very energetic and made all the people come to dance floor and shake their legs.

The food here is just so tasty. We ordered Asian platter which had Dimsums, Cheese Chilly, Honey Chilli Potato and Spring Rolls. The platter also had Small Fried noodles as decoration, which was mixed with chillies, onion, tomato, masala; which gave exact Bhelpuri taste to it. All items of the platter were yummy. We ordered Vegetable Cheese Pizza too, which was excellent too. The presentation of the food was excellent too. You can see the photos to check that.

I have reduced one star because the place where we were sitting, had no attention of the waiters. The waiter assigned to this area came very occassionally. And because of loud volume of band, we couldn't call the waiter too.

Overall, an enjoyable experience. Must visit for all the food lovers and party lovers, while in Ludhiana.
