I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my visit on Saturday. As a regular customer, I have always enjoyed your service, but this time was quite the opposite. I recently noticed that the staff has changed, and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. The staff member who served me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Paneer Tikka sub, and without asking for my preference, one of the staff members started making the sub, choosing the bread for me and adding two sauces without my consent. I was not given the opportunity to express my preferences or even asked how I wanted my sub prepared. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and respect for my preferences. Thought its closing time and they might be running out of bread. After 2 mins another regular customer pop in and demand for sub of the day. And executive played double role here. He asked him sir which bread you would like to have tonight. He said make parmesan one. We were shocked seeing all this. The thing is why there was two roles played by the executive.
