BREW WAVES - Premier Bar & Lounge in Mohali & Kharar — Restaurant in Punjab

On 25th of December I plan to do small get together over here with my friends for those who are living in different cities. I choose this place because this is very near to my house and my friends know about this place. And this was mine second visit over here I love this place just because of staff politeness, stunning ambiance, DJ is very good, sitting arrangements and main why I visit here again is food. Food is really amazing as compared to other beer bar in this area. Moreover, its pocket friendly, freshly prepared, chef always come at the end to ask you some question regarding food. Which is very good thing. Secondly, over here they have nice brewery, there are four flavours one can choose from them. I suggest to all is to taste each of them before ordering a mug so that one will do not regret later. I personally find this place a decent one and Staff is always attentive and always up to help you out and energetic. Lastly, my all friends enjoy alot over here we got our personal tables and no one over there to disturb us. We stay here atleast 3 hours in between these hours staff was always with us to serve us better. One thing which they have to work on it. On TOILETS, Toilets are not proper cleaned there was a different smell inside. Also work on lights owners need to upgrade the lighting system. I recommend this place to all must visit. We visited this place a couple of days back after reading good reviews on net. The ambience is good but the food is pathetic. And staff even more so. We ordered chicken tikka which was undercooked to an extent that you couldnt cut it with a knife and still pink and hard to chew. I asked the staff to get it replaced with fresh cooked dish. He took it inside and came back within 2 mins with the same dish on a different plate. It was still undercooked and now utterly cold. I didnt want to spoil our mood, so we just left it as it was and at the end of the meal, after paying the bill for that dish as well, we called the manager and told him that such a thing should not happen at a good restaurant. He told me that you should have sent it back again, i said i didnt wanna create a scene by sending it back again and again. He then had the audacity to take it back to the main counter and smell it and try to cut it while we were leaving and then staring at us repeatedly. I dont know what his problem was, we paid for the dish that we didnt eat! But he was even offended by me pointing out politely a lack of service on their part!! Awesome place to chill. Party place Family gathering also can be done. Great people working and making guest experience delete. Offers are unlimited and then their fresh beers will make your day and them top of that Mexican pizza that I tried is best and recommended to alland they also have lunch buffet to enjoy and live singing on the weekendsand more sitting capacity. Staff is very polite and happy to serve most recommended place if you visit vr punjab mall. . Managers make sure that every guest will go with the satisfaction and happily out of the restraunt and will come back again for children they have chocolates to made children's mood swing.
