I ordered through Zomato, and the food was first delayed by an hour. I had three burgers which had to be prepared and they took 45 mins to prepare it! But that not the worst part either, you would think that you’ll get the most perfect burger if it took 45 minutes to prepare won’t you? They send the wrong-Cheapest on the menu burgers instead. I called them about 5-6 times and there was no response unless i started calling them relentlessly and then they tried to spin the narrative suggesting they called me, i asked them to show the call logs and then suddenly they suggested that they had called through delivery partner’s phone to confirm the changes from me. I told them that Zomato records all calls as calls are made centrally, lets talk to zomato regarding that? They suggested that the delivery partner might have called the wrong person maybe. I am pretty sure it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to confirm the customer’s name or order even if I believe that the delivery partner made that error. The manager does not know how to speak at all! He cannot de-escalate a situation. I have been in such situations and words like please, sorry and apologise go a long way yet the manager rather seemed to blame me for being angry instead. I have been handed wrong orders by this outlet multiple times and this is the first time I burst out on them but the manager is equally rude as well. I would be personally writing a detailed note about the manager’s behaviour and way of talking to burger king directly as the owner here seems to just ask the customers to send the complaints to the franchise directly and I will be going down that route. The owner needs to pick staff on authoritative position that understands customer dissatisfaction, customer de-escalation as the staff’s behaviour is a continued trend in most complaints in the reviews...

Service this drive thru provides is the worst It's about my visit today ie 29/05/20 late evening around 6 I ordered 4 burgers and paid for them the attendant at the window asked me to park the car somewhere as the order is taking time
So now I parked the car nearby waiting for the order at 6:20 I went near the window and till now many cars have passed collected their orders as it should be in a drive thru. Now still I waited for the order for 10 mins standing on the window and the attendant said it's not there fault as my order was taking time so other people could not wait
I mean why have you opened a drive thru instead of a normal restaurant if u cannot manage it
What is the point if the customer after paying money has to wait for half an hour standing in front of the window and he was like we cannot help with that
