The establishment's interior was aesthetically pleasing, providing a relaxing and contemporary ambiance. However, the service left much to be desired. Upon our arrival, we encountered difficulties in placing our order at the counter. The branch manager, despite our repeated attempts to communicate our order, exhibited a lack of comprehension, necessitating a tediously slow process of reiteration.

Subsequently, we were seated and waited an extensive 30 minutes for the initial portion of our order to arrive. The subsequent two portions were delivered, yet my uncle's paneer burger was notably absent. Upon approaching the counter to address this omission, we discovered that the burger had been inadvertently overlooked and required further preparation time. Consequently, my uncle was compelled to wait while the others commenced their meal.

Approximately 10 minutes later, the female waitress delivered the long-awaited paneer burger to our table. Regrettably, the burger was served in a cold state, reflecting poorly on the establishment's culinary standards. It remains perplexing why the entire order was not presented simultaneously, avoiding unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

In light of these shortcomings, we have resolved not to revisit this establishment and shall refrain from recommending it to others, particularly those visiting from the United Kingdom. It is evident that the manager requires comprehensive training in customer service, as their performance in receiving our order was unacceptably slow. Ccd is too good but in a rush area. Too much of traffic in this area regardless of day and time. Inside of CCD there is a quaint place to have your coffee or your place to seat quietly and do your own work or have your bite. As usual the cappuccino is of great quality and essence. There you can also grab a quick bite of almost your choice veg as well as non-vegetarian of course you won't get non-vegetarian like KFC but you can have chicken sandwich or burger. You can also get water packed, energy drink, cookies,etc. You will have a great time here always. Working staffs are well behaved. No problem in placing order nor delay. Cleanliness is very good or you can say of world class quality. You may be in hurry or have relaxed time you can spend here. The parking here is of free provided by municipal or government both for two wheeler as well as four wheeler. But you may not always get place for parking. You may have to wait. But this is too much of traffic area so you can't stop or wait for parking to be clear or blank. This is the only problem in this area as well for grabbing your quick bite. Went there in non-rush hour .The location is easy to get to. I was surprised to see only one non-veg option on the menu and that was not available either so settled for Paneer and Garlic toast .The bread was fine but the whole ensemble was cold which made it less than pleasing to eat . The menu had select items and only 3 were available. The adrak chai had decent adrak flavour but it was not piping hot .The quantity was also lower than expected .One can get more chai in a decent Dhaba at a lower price .We finished it in a minute.
