By far and truly the best,most tastiest and freshest Pizzas in the Tricity.

My apologies for putting in this review belatedly!!! I'd promised myself that I definitely do this and so here I am.

Let me first make it clear that I'm 'not' a fan nor for that matter do I have any cravings for Pizzas of any sort, whatsoever be the occasion.

And having always dined either on your run-of-the-mill Dominos, Pizza Hut and La Pino's and some other authentic wood-burned Pizzas I was quite unenthusiastic about 'trying out' another Pizza eatery.

Only started to read reviews about Caldo's while seated there in the restaurant and waiting for our order. True to the reviews the order took time to be readied.

But once the food arrived all misgivings went out in a flash!!

P.S.: We'd walked in on a day when they had an offer of Unlimited Pizzas. And the kids in all the eagerness and excitement, had ordered for more than they could dine on and so we brought home what was left. And the next morning, after microwaving it, the pizza base and the toppings tasted equally fresh and tasty just as the day before!!!! On this count alone I'd like to give a 5/5.

So unlike any of the other 'brands' above mentioned.

In the last six months since then we've been there multiple times ( even twice in a span of a week) and have had the same wonderful feeling each time over.

Polite staff and interesting decor (there's books for avid readers and board games too to lighten up the mood) make the ambience all the more pleasing.

Would like to add another half star if it was possible for the consistency in the quality and service.

caldo's pizza makes it way to our city beautiful after their big success in jalandhar , this is their 2nd outlet . the location of the place is pretty good as its right in the center of a busy market . small cute little place done beautiful , they have done maximum utilization of space they have . few high bar stolls are also laced in case u wanna sit and enjoy ur food .

1st and for most would to mention that caldo's is the 1st and only 1 to serve gluten free pizza . the menu is really done nicely , the prices are very competitive , also they give u various options of pizza base to choose from . so we have tried 2 pizzas super veggie and chicken ultimate ; the toppings are really fresh and they are generous on the amount of toppings .

not only do they have pizzas they also do have really yummy stuffed garlic bread and veg n non veg sandwiches . the veg stuffed garlic bread was nice , the grilled chicken sandwich was amazingly good

too was everything down cold choco latte and kit kat shake were really good . for those who wana avoid shakes , green freeze will certainly be good .

desserts , the choco lava was exceptionally good way better that the multi national...

Terrible experience at Caldo’s Cafe!

We ordered a 1-meter pizza with half Chicken Tikka and half Chicken Spicy Schezwan. Instead, they served Paneer Schezwan by mistake. When we pointed it out, they apologized and promised to bring the correct pizza, saying we could keep the wrong one as a “complimentary” gesture.

After waiting 1 hour, they brought a large pizza instead of the half-meter replacement they had promised. When we questioned them, their manager came and kept saying, “No problem, no problem, kar rahe hai sir, kar rahe hai.” But after another 30 minutes of waiting, they told us, “We already gave it to you.” They behaved as if they were doing us a favor when in reality, we had already paid for our order.

The staff was extremely rude and uncooperative, especially one lady who had a terrible attitude, and even the manager was no better. In the end, we left the pizza there because of their behavior, and they didn’t even bother to apologize!
