Chappan Bhog Sweets & Namkeen — Restaurant in Punjab

Dear Reader, I procured a box of 1 kg of 'Moti Choor ladoos' on 19/2/2023. According to them, it had been prepared in Desi Ghee. I handed over these sweets to my relatives. On the same day in the evening, after eating this sweet, my relatives' kid started suffering food poisoning. The sweets exhibited pungent smell with sour taste, which were later discarded. But it was not an end. The whole episode was brought in the knowledge of the shop owner and he completely refused and did not cooperate at all, which was very irresponsible behavior. In the last, the owner simply said to do anything, as he didn't care at all. So, now, me and my relatives will never visit this shop. I request you not to buy anything from this shop. Highly priced. They weigh sweets and their stuff along with Box and Lid also. When I asked him to pack Dhokla in Plastic Bag, First he was reluctant but when he noticed that he had to give 1 extra piece for same half kg, he increased the rates by more than 10 % without any Rate Slip on the item.
