AMBIENCE: 5/5 This place is really appealing. It has beautiful & different interior which you won't get to see at anyother cafe in ludhiana.

FOOD: 4/5 Food is tasty but the prices are too high & quantity served is less. Presentation is pretty well.

Dishes tried:

•Veg wontons- 5/5 Topped with a spicy sauce and yummy filling(really good) changed the usual taste of wonton. A must try dish at this place. After coming back home we felt cheated as we checked a food blog which tried the same dish and was served 8peieces whereas we got only 6 :/ •Pasta Arabiata- 2.5/5 Served with two pieces of garlic bread. The quantity was very less. I found it a bit sweet which i think spoiled the overall taste. •Peri Peri Chicken Maggie- 4.5/5 Tho both were not thoroughly mixed; This was a different and tasty dish.

Beverage- •berry blast- 3.5/5 had the taste of purple fox toffee😂

STAFF: 3/5 Staff is a bit untrained. They don't have knowledge about the menu. We asked to remove the service tax (10%) ; instead they offered a discount of 5%. But the manager talked patiently & removed it. :)

The ambiance is super but when you go there be ready to Be your own guest . You will struggle to even order- you need to find somebody to take the order. Schh schh… Dont mistake it for rush- but lack of staff itself . And that too confused. If you are lucky to find somebody to take order then you will be told “Sir 45 minutes wait karna padega agar karna hai to. Main kaya karoon Staff nahi hain” Half of the menu is off the table “ Sir ye nahi available hai. Lately, for the past 3to4 visits, I have been frequenting this place for dinners and gatherings, but unfortunately, the service has been consistently below average. Despite reminding the staff numerous times, they often forget to provide cutlery. Even after multiple reminders, simple requests like an extra straw due to the paper straw's deterioration are overlooked.
