Got Cold pizza, handling wasn't good, the pizza container box won't cover by the delivery person, it's unhygienic and unacceptable

I recently ordered a Large Margherita Pizza (12 inch) from Circle of Crust, Phase 1, Mohali through Zomato, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. When I received the pizza, it was cold, the cheese was rubbery, and the slices were stuck to the container box. This clearly shows poor packaging and handling. Moreover, the delivery person did not cover the pizza box properly while delivering it. Considering the dust and smoke outside, this is highly unhygienic and unacceptable.

This was a very unsatisfactory experience for me and my family, and I expected much better food quality and hygiene standards from your restaurant. Please look into this matter seriously and take immediate steps to improve your food packaging, temperature maintenance, and delivery hygiene to ensure this doesn’t...

Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Pizza Experience Ever!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Circle of Crust was so appalling, I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered a simple cheese Margherita pizza — how hard can that be? Apparently, for this place, it’s impossible to get even the basics right.

The moment I opened the box, I was hit with a horrendous smell — something between spoiled milk and sweaty gym socks. It was genuinely nauseating. The cheese looked rubbery and half-melted, and the crust was soggy like it had been sitting in a puddle. One bite and I regretted my life choices. Tasteless, greasy, and bordering on inedible. I wouldn’t even feed this to stray dogs.

Circle of Crust, if this is your idea of pizza, you should be ashamed. Never...
