Poor experience. Tasteless food. Visited with wife. The server recommended us a place. the sitting and buffet area is very cramped up. The worst part was food. Everything from starters to main course to desserts was just tasteless. The main course and desserts were especially not fresh. Refilling in buffet area was inadequate and lagging. No complementary drink. No welcome drink. They provided a sharbat which was tasteless even I didn't want that. Kulfi was just frozen water with flavour. The only good thing was that the manager asked us multiple times if there was something wrong, and if they could do something for a good rating. I told them that I came for the first time here the experience was really bad, I regular visitor to pirates, elante for buffet, and frankly you can't compare the comparison with barbeque nation for quality. Turned out to be a waste of money and time. Every person came to me for good rating reviews. According to me, they need to work on quality instead of this. If the food and environment will good then customer will automatically give good review. I will not come again.
