Townhouse OAK The Zenith - A Boutique Hotel By Hot Millions, is simply one of the finest in its class, in Chandigarh/Mohali... so well thought out, so well appointed & so well cared for. Me being a Tourism & Hospitality industry’s international professional, I know one when I see one, what more, I even got to experience this one, first hand.

Have seen many hotels of this 4 star category, in & around, Sectors from 17, 22, 35 & 60, but, quite simply none of them are of this Townhouse OAK The Zenith Hotel’s (The Zenith’s) class... be it of its spacious design, superior quality of materials & fitments or of its people, in fact, the people inhere made all the difference to my 8 nights/days stay from 30/12/2021 to 07/01/2022.

Mr.Joseph & Mr.Amrik are such fine professionals... respect & honour is all I have for them, for their sensitive & sensible approach towards their duties, always beaming with their endearing smiles.

This Townhouse OAK The Zenith Hotel is unlike any others, for, it has such welcoming space all around, within & around, its premises. This aspect, instantly makes for a peaceful relaxation.

The Rooms & their bathrooms are not merely elegant, but, classy too. Furthermore, the superbly handpicked Bed/mattress makes for a restful night’s sleep & the soothing wall colours & the complimenting lighting makes for a refreshing stay, indoors.

The restaurant’s dining area is more like a luxurious lounge, indeed so vibrant & eclectic.

Happened to meet Mr.Amanbir Singh the owner of this superbly crafted Townhouse OAK The Zenith Hotel, on New Year’s Eve, was immediately taken in by the warmth & the friendliness of his nature. The place is run by the legendary Hot Millions family and the moment you step in, it shows.

Minimal, functional yet elegant interiors. They don't have a huge lobby but that has led to better use of dining and front desk space and makes the front/facade breathe better.

The rooms especially the initial range are generously equipped with sufficient utility and luxury for the price. Although the much more expensive rooms don't offer that much more space.

Their staff is good. (Please don't expect Oberoi level sophistication or panache I mean it's obvious, they have well trained, attentive and sufficiently polished employees for a hotel of this stature). If you happen to have any issues whatsoever the owner is usually present either in the dining/cafe area or conducting inspection rounds or tending to his BMW 650...

They have a good chunk of parking space on all four sides of the building, and I've never had any issues regarding parking space or safety.

Overall a really fabulous property, managed well and guests are usually well catered to, however the location seems to be a bit of an oddball for some, since it's a bit away from the Franco hotel road and Sector 3A/B market. The access to the airport is alright but I believe in the coming years, as the city development starts extending towards the airport the location issue will be...
