Worst experience of customer service food quality and attitude.First of all ground floor is only for men ,people with women,families ,old parents have to climb on floor 1.Secondly we ordered lemon chicken and the staff advised it will take 20-25 minutes so we decided not to as we were very hungry and dod not want to wait , noone asked if we would like to order drinks before our starters arrive after waiting for 40 min patiently we asked the staff how long he said 5 min we waited still it dint come for another 10 min and we decided to oay for water and leave then the staff apologised with no sense of custome service and recovery ,lastly after another 3-4 minutes starter mushroom malai tikka only arrived where in we said initially we want all together ,we saw the the customers who came after us were served with biryani ,noodles and all main courses we got upset and asked them to bill the tikkas and we are leaving as they were so bad and ao late we lost our apetite and the attitude was soo bad finally we left and they did not even have the courtesy to offer not to pay or discounnt nothing they were ao shameless never recomment...
Read moreMy recent stay at Coneal Cabins in Ludhiana was unfortunately far from the relaxing experience I had anticipated. The overall atmosphere of the property felt uncomfortable and uninviting, which significantly diminished my enjoyment. One of the main disturbances was the constant noise from babies crying in the vicinity, making it very difficult to rest or unwind. While I understand that families travel with young children, the lack of sound insulation or noise management made the situation quite unpleasant for guests seeking peace and quiet.
In addition, I was disappointed to find that there was no RO-filtered drinking water provided. In my opinion, access to clean, safe drinking water is a basic necessity that every accommodation should ensure for its guests, particularly in a country where water quality can be a concern.
I believe these issues could be addressed with relatively simple improvements such as better noise control measures and the installation of an RO water system which would greatly enhance the comfort of future visitors. Until then, I would caution potential guests to be aware of these...

Booked a table around 11am via dineout, no confirmation from the restaurant and then around 3:15 pm I receive call from Mr. Karan from the restaurant, guy with the most fake accent, totally rude and asked me whether we r going to pay them via dineout, cash or card and when I asked why this matters, the guy rudely in his "accent" we don't take payments from dineout, which he could have said in some melow tone. The guy has no sense how to talk to customer and thinks he is the manager of world's last resturant. Also when I informed him that we are accompanied by a injured person so table would be preferred on ground floor, he was again rude in saying no & only 1st floor table would be available. I have been to colonel's Cabin earlier also, the ambience is good, food is good too but the staff is too rude to be in hospitality sector.
