It just went from my best restaurant in town to my least favorite and I'm changing my rating from a 4.5 to a 1.0 , because they acted sneaky af. I went on Thursday to make a reservation for Saturday for a gathering of 14 people. I checked out the menu and figured out if it was in my budget. They gave me a confirmation call yesterday i.e, Friday and did not intimate about the change in rates. I went today with my guests and they had revised their rates. Dal makhani had gone from 325 to 525, paneer makhani had gone from 370 to 575.the normal green salad cost 350 Even the price of soup changed from 200 to 325. The change in price was pretty steep and they explained that they changed the rate 2 days back( the day I went and made a reservation), THEN WHY WERE WE SHOWN THE OLD MENU ? It left me unprepared and also caused a big unexpected whole in my wallet. PS- the food is still among the tastiest that is available in this area but I felt decieved and I will never ever...

The food was delicious, the ambience was great. However the manager and the staff are lazy and very slow in responding to the customer needs. I went on my birthday to Dak Banglow with my family. Firstly we were sitting outside, after a while everyone started feeling cold. We asked the manager that we need to shift inside as it's cold and also the food is getting cold, he said he can't do that even when they can do it by rearranging some chairs. it was only when we went inside and told them no point of staying they agreed to set up a sitting for us inside.

We went there with an expectation of getting service of a fine dining luxurious resort where they do the best for the customer and understand there needs, however this was not the way we were treated at this place.
