I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the quality of food and service at the supposedly famous Gopal Sweets restaurant located at Highground Patiala Road Zirakpur.

Despite its reputation, this restaurant consistently serves stale food that lacks freshness and taste. It is evident that they prioritize cost-cutting measures over the satisfaction of their customers. The reused oil they employ for cooking emits a repugnant odor, further diminishing the dining experience. This not only compromises the flavor of the dishes but also raises concerns about the hygiene and safety of the food being served.

To make matters worse, the restaurant's disregard for quality extends to its usage of low-quality paneer in their dishes. Paneer is a key ingredient in many Indian delicacies, and its subpar quality significantly impacts the overall taste and texture of the meals. Additionally, their negligence is evident in the preparation of kathi rolls, which are served undercooked, rendering them inedible. They even use reused oil in the making of their famous 1500 Rs per KG Kaju Rolls Sweet. It is disheartening to see a renowned establishment fail to learn from its previous mistakes and continue to provide substandard food and service to its customers. We went his evening and ordered Veggie Pizza and Amritsari Kulcha. Kulcha was ok but when we got PIZZA , it was burnt from corners and we called waiter to change it and after some time we got pizza without serving tong and also which was neither properly baked/ cook and very less of cheese and toppings on it even then we ordered one more same veggie pizza and to my surprise after 30-40 minutes we got pizza and that too same old pizza which we returned before. The chef was not ready to accept that its same old pizza. I wonder that this time we know that it's the same old pizza they have served else they all must be serving LEFTOVER FOOD FROM THE PLATES OF CUSTOMERS, REHEATED FOOD , STALE ET .
