Deck 5 — Restaurant in Punjab

I'm giving this place a low review because although the ambiance is lively and it's a mixed between family and solo bar, while we visited on 8 April 25 we noticed a rat climbing down the air con pipe by wall in the side glasses rooms. Near this was a stair ase and underneath the staircase was cabinet where washed dishes are kept with a sliding door which was open. They took the dishes from here and served food. Furthermore, there was at least a 4 inch gap between the floor and door leading to the kitchen. My concerns arise with their being a rodent and able to freely wonder around dishes and kitchen. We decided not to eat and left. I understand it's a roof top restaurant but their needs to be strict process to eliminate rodents or at least secure areas where food is provided...

This place is simply awesome I loved the ambience and the interior n exterior. The lift is till the 4th floor one has to climb stairs to the fifth floor. But the view from there is breathtaking. I haven't seen the Jalandhar skyline from anywhere but this is possible from here. We went in the afternoon so it was not crowded. This place attracts people in the evening. Place budget is bit on the upper side but it is worth it considering the taste n service. We ordered cherry kiss as drink, hard drinks and soft drinks both are available. Ambiance and view were 10/10. The music was pretty loud so it was hard to talk.

Quality and service were not up to the mark. They missed a few things which we ordered and when we asked they said it was already delivered to your table and after an hour, they realized that it was sent to the wrong table. The food was cold when served.

Parking was an issue to need more space for parking. Firstly street parking is not possible and secondly, they got so many businesses in one place.

The staff was nice but they need better managing team.
