I like the place, it has a good ambiance. Plenty of sitting space, Staff is good and it's clean and somewhat hygienic. I like the coffee here it's really good and as for garlic bread it's good. Yup chocolate croissant is dry and not so good at least what I experienced while eating it.. Other things in the menu i haven't tried so I can't comment on it. Coffee and tea are good 👍. Well this place is a little bit expensive for those who are finding budget friendly places to visit. If the budget is not your problem then it's for you and if u are looking for a fancy place to go on a date u can come here or u can take a lift and go to an awesome pizzeria on the second floor.. Well come at least for once and rest is up to you u want to come here or not bcz every one has different taste...

I have been here and my experience was not good . I was given a bill with items I didn't even order and I had to have a word with the manager there to get it corrected and that too after 10 minutes of me asking for the reason for the same and finally they agreed and got me the correct bill. That experience for me is enough to not go there again in future also , so now they have lost a customer.

Customer handling of Satkar Maan and Nancy made me leave a negative review. They do not even deserve a single star. I am a regular customer of this particular outlet, I have been visiting this place quite often, would say almost everyday the quality of customer service is deteriorating day by day. They have become so rude and arrogant that they are least bothered about customer satisfaction. There is no dearth of good cafe's, there are so many other cafe's nearby but just being a loyal customer I preferred not to choose another cafe. But such behaviour of staff has made me doubt my choice and I might not come to this...
