Domino's Pizza | Joshi Colony, Amritsar — Restaurant in Punjab

The most irresponsible, careless, non-customer centric dominos branch of Amritsar city. Third time in a row I had faced the long delivery (50 mins for a pan pizza & I stay in the opposite lane of the branch on the main road) and wrong delivery of my pizza order. After informing the team I again waited for 30 minutes for the replacement (which never arrived)

Manager Sunil and his everytime-newly appointed delivery men team are blank about orders, routes and policies. After 1.5 hours I personally had to visit the store and argue with them. It was a horrible dinner night.

Finally went back to the humble stuff of Domino's B block Ranjit Avenue at 10 pm. A big shoutout to the amazing team of Ranjit Avenue branch. And my only recommendation to people in and around Lawrence road, all the best while dealing with incapable staff of Domino's...

I have been to other Domino's places too and i have had an amazing experience there leaving this place. I ordered from the app and when i got the order they didn't give me back my change and when i told them to give ketchup instead of change they didn't give it and ignored me i was with someone else so i didn't make an issue there then for soft drink they didn't give any cups with it even when i asked for them they started making excuses. All other places of Domino's franchise near me have provided great experience and i love eating from Domino's but this place has left me speechless. I won't visit this place ever again that's for sure if you are visiting this place don't expect too much the staff is not as professional as other Domino's franchises...

Taste was great as usual, but there is one thing that me and friends found little concerning. Along with our food order, we ordered for pet cold drinks. But the person on the counter started saying that we have pet bottles but we cannot give it to you if you are dining in. If you dine in, then only cans can be given for Cold drink, or it can be given in disposable glasses, but not in pet bottles. So, we took it in disposable glasses. After like 10 min or so, we saw across our tables that other people were getting pet bottles while dine in. We really found this strange, and preferred not to argue.
