I recently ordered pizza from Domino’s, expecting their famed 30-minute delivery service. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
Firstly, the delivery arrived significantly late, well beyond the promised timeframe. This delay was inconvenient and frustrating, especially since I had made plans based on the estimated delivery time.
Secondly, when I called the store to inquire about the delay, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive behaviour from the store manager. Instead of offering an apology or explanation, they seemed indifferent to my concerns.
I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their delivery times and customer service standards. Moreover, seems like it’s not just me here when I looked at all the reviews which are mostly negative, specifically people are complaining about quality, order delays, staff behaviour etc.
Better if I checked these reviews earlier and ordered from any other place instead of wasting my time and money on this below average food and...

When I called customer care, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional — they behaved as if it was my fault! The person on call showed complete stupidity and no sense of responsibility.
They even suggested I should go to the store myself to collect the order, which defeats the whole point of ordering online. Totally unacceptable service from such a big brand. Domino’s really needs to train their staff better and take customer...
