I recently visited Garam Dharam, a Punjabi Dhaba style restaurant located in Mohali, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The ambience of the restaurant was designed to resemble a traditional dhaba, with vibrant decor and rustic seating arrangements that added to the authentic feel.

To start our meal, we ordered the Masala Papad, and it was a perfect appetizer. The papad was crispy and loaded with a flavorful mix of spices and toppings, making it an ideal way to kickstart our dining experience.

Next up was the Kadhai Paneer, and it exceeded our expectations. The paneer was soft and succulent, cooked in a rich and aromatic gravy with the perfect blend of spices. The dish had a delightful smoky flavor, which made it truly special. It was evident that the chefs at Garam Dharam had mastered the art of preparing authentic Punjabi flavors.

We also indulged in their Dal Makhani, and it was a definite highlight of our meal. The lentils were cooked to perfection, resulting in a creamy and velvety texture. The flavors were robust, and the smoky notes added a distinct touch. It paired exceptionally well with the naan bread we ordered, completing the quintessential Punjabi meal experience.

The service at Garam Dharam was prompt and attentive, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. The menu offered a wide variety of Punjabi dishes, ensuring there was something to please every palate.

Overall, Garam Dharam is a fantastic restaurant that truly captures the essence of Punjabi Dhaba cuisine. From the delectable Masala Papad to the flavorful Kadhai Paneer and Dal Makhani, every dish left us craving for more. If you're a fan of authentic Punjabi flavors and a charming dhaba ambiance, Garam Dharam is definitely worth a...

I recently dined at Garam Dharam and ordered the Anda Curry and the Roti Basket for dinner. While there were some enjoyable aspects to the meal, overall, it left much to be desired.

Starting with the Anda Curry, the dish was somewhat disappointing. Although the gravy was rich and flavorful, it was unexpectedly sweet rather than spicy. I was anticipating the signature kick of spices that typically characterize Anda Curry, but the sweetness overpowered the other flavors, which was not to my liking. The eggs themselves were well-cooked, but the imbalance in seasoning detracted significantly from the overall experience.

The Roti Basket, which included a variety of Indian breads, was just okay. The breads were soft and freshly made, but they were excessively laden with ghee. While a bit of ghee can enhance the flavor, the heavy-handed application made the breads greasy and overly rich. This made it difficult to enjoy them fully, as the ghee overwhelmed the subtle flavors of the different types of bread.

On a positive note, the ambiance of Garam Dharam is lively and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal. However, the food quality, particularly the Anda Curry and the Roti Basket, needs some adjustments to meet the expectations set by the restaurant's otherwise promising atmosphere.

In summary, the Anda Curry's unexpected sweetness and the excessive ghee on the Roti Basket detracted from an otherwise potentially great meal at Garam Dharam. With some tweaks to these dishes, the dining experience could be significantly improved. I hope to see these changes implemented on...

Garam dharma the popular restaurant of Delhi makes it way to Mohali now , we have already experience the place at sector 26 chd . Keeping on the legacy the interiors are like a Hollywood dharma movie. Bold colors, graffiti on walls which gives u a hip hop feel to the mood .

Location is bit off track , the market place is quite deserted but ok seeing the future prospects its gone be a good investment + there isn’t any good fancy over the top restaurants in the area so that gives it a boost too .

Coming to the food, the menu is more or less the same here too , names of dishes derived from Dharam sir’s movies , dialogs etc .

So we here tried on some dishes – malai chaap , paneer tikka – the quality of chaap was good but the marinating and over all taste could improve a bit , the taste of paneer was really good but the quality can be improved , so over all a ok ok experience . raan punjabiyan di shaan – tandoori baby lamb raan – the portion size is really good , the taste is good , quality good but the meat was not like it was falling of the bone . murg malai tikka – full marks , the quality of chicken , taste everything about this dish was really good , loved it .

MAINS – palak paneer , malai kofta , butter chicken , dal makhani – they have got it all covered here , brilliant job as for the chef the taste the presentation ; but the service was a bit lacking , had to wait for rotis , room for...

After being disappointed with a chain restaurant in Murthal, Haryana, I decided to give another restaurant a try. To my surprise, the experience was a complete contrast from the service to the food. This place not only served delicious food but also had an added bonus of serving alcohol. One of the dishes I ordered was Bhindi Do Pyaza, and it was cooked to perfection. The okra was tender and flavorful, and the spices used were just right. The other dish I tried was Anda Curry with Missi Roti. The curry had a rich and creamy texture that complemented the perfectly cooked eggs. The Missi Roti was soft and had a delightful taste. What sets this chain apart is its wide variety of food options. From vegetarian to non-vegetarian dishes, they have something for everyone's taste buds. Almost everything on their menu is toothsome and leaves you craving for more. This restaurant is not only perfect for an evening dinner but also ideal for family gatherings. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal with your loved ones. In conclusion, if you are looking for a restaurant that offers great service, delicious food, and even serves alcohol, then this is the place for you. With its wide variety of toothsome dishes and perfect family-friendly atmosphere, it comes highly recommended as an excellent dining option in Murthal, Haryana.

Food was decent but the ambience was good, I ordered veg & non veg platter both but non veg platter was good comparatively and most of the items in menu were whole course food so after having the platter we ordered chicken labadaar & shahi paneer with a pan of dal makhani chicken was soft & well cooked, that easily melts in mouth with a sweet & spicy flavour with flat naan bread, that i not prefer because it won't give you the sense of naan 😭 later on for change we ordered butter tandoori roti & that goes well ,in Veg we ordered Shahi paneer if we talk about the taste it was like ok ok coz the gravy seems to be too much rich that doesn't go good with shahi paneer so it tastes secco ❤️‍🩹 Garam dharam really needs to change the recipes for veg 🫠and dal makhani was Well. i think it was steamed cooked instead of boiling which made it stand different taste from others as per my opinion this dhaba style restaurant is bit overpriced as per the taste coz personally i find it not as good as they charged for the dishes 😿 i hope they change their recipes a bit till my next visit so that i can enjoy the food the same as i enjoyed the ambience and hospitality.💪🏻🗿

Very pleasant ambiance and service is also good but the food uhhhhhhhh not so much. We had dinner and ordered Panner Bhurji, Daal Tadka, Indian breads and Lassi. First of all it's ridiculously expensive............ I mean 210rs for a glass of lassi is insane, that lassi was not even that great, portion was like a normal glass, lassi was not even thick. I just don't get it why they charged so much. Panner Bhurji we had to return as it was tasteless...... I mean I can cook way better than that. It was like eating raw panner with some vegetables mixed and some turmeric. We complained about it and they re cooked it, then it was fine. Daal was just okay okay.... Both Paneer and Daal had such strong taste of turmeric it almost kills every other flavour. Indian breads (Miss roti, Garlic Naan, laccha Paratha) was good but again insane pricing for the portion we get. Overall food is not very good but the ambiance is good to hangout with friends and family, but that doesn't justify their insane pricing. So I would not recommend this restaurant until unless you don't care about prices.
