Guru Dhaba — Restaurant in Punjab

This is the recent issue which I faced when placed a order from zomato. However earlier I am not aware about the quality of food they are offering to customers. Now after placing a order It got delayed 20 minutes, Meanwhile when I visited to the restaurant and seen that the butter they are using on the chapati was full of flies and mosquitoes. Then I have taken the pics of this inhumanity that, how they gone do this with customers and their hard earned money. They are cheating with health of our people by not maintaining their hygiene level. When my order reached to my house through zomato the delivery boy just ask me one thing have you earlier ordered from this restaurant and left. This kind of hygiene level they are maintaining on platform like zomato and playing with customers life. This is really worse service offered by this restaurant. Even when I called some bihari person takes a call and replied ( sir barrish ho rha tha isliya ho gya hoga thoda) this kind of nonsense people working there when I asked to place the call to owner said not available here and...

We ordered two thalis .nd pay for both .but we get only one thali .mic veg shahi paneer was missing ...packing of food is not good .. Nd the phone nmbr of restaurant mentioned in zomato is switched off ...simply Wastage of money and food .. We are three persons but received only one incomplete thali ... I will give zero rating to food as well as to restaurant They delivered manchurian in place of shahi paneer and mix veg . Even the restaurant owner didnt try to...
