Raju Chinese Food | 3B2 Mohali — Restaurant in Punjab

The worst restaurant I have ever visited. This is the second time I've faced issues here. The staff at this restaurant is very rude; they lack manners and their service is extremely slow. The first time we ordered noodles and momos, we waited for half an hour only for the staff to tell us that our order couldn't be fulfilled because the items were out of stock. On our second visit, we ordered vegetarian noodles, but they served us egg noodles instead. When we brought this to the waiter's attention, he insisted that we had ordered the egg noodles. We went to the cash counter to complain and found another customer with a similar issue. The manager and the waiter showed no regret...

We have been to raju chinese since 2018 but today on 15 august 2024 we order the food and today we realised that their food quality is soo low. They are unhygienic now. Their taste changed. We are 5 people and all faced issues with the health. One got stomach ache, one got diarrhoea and others got vomiting. From now onwards we have decided to never ever visit to raju chinese in any of their branch. Their food is so unhygienic, not fresh. i also have doubts regarding the ingredients they use. I will file complaint in FSSAI regarding the quality of food they are serving to the customers. I will suggest you to not go if you care about your health.

The food is of very poor quality. The service is terrible and lazy. Visited three times and every time I was disappointed. Each time I ordered different types of noodles but they were all same, undercooked noodles, undercooked vegetables and water-like soup. The are ripping-off customers. When I asked about the noodles at reception, the answer I got was that all noodles are like this. Instead of asking their staff the questions, the person at reception started questioning our judgment. Do not visit this place if you don’t want to waste your time.
