Pathetic, stale food served in my wife’s kitty party we had visited the place earlier as well but the management and cook available now are the most unprofessional and least bothered about there customer. Completely spoiled the mood of whole party and all the efforts made to get some peaceful and joyful time in party completely lost due to casual approach of management, cook and staff. What else u can expect from an restaurants where waiters can’t find an serving tray to serve water. I wish I could give no star. Booked a room for the first time for two nights and had to leave the very next morning. Reason- The room was so dirty. They didn’t clean the room at all. Floor was dirty. The pillows they gave us were used. Hair on pillow, like can you imagine, you’ve got a pillow and a blanket full of hair in a hotel. Had to call them for water, toothpaste. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Complained the front desk about all of it and he just said, “Oh, it won’t happen again”, like dude you really think I’m coming back???

I had two opportunities to visit and stay at Dawaat. On the ring ceremony day on 22nd and a wedding night on 26-27th. October. On both occasions i was disappointed to find that there was no internet or Wi-Fi provided and every time a new excuse was made. the rooms were of very poor standard with dirty toilets, unchanged bed sheets and bed covers. the food was of very poor quality. i have been quite a few hotels around the world and I would rate it at zero stars as compared to them, nothing more then Holidays inns or...
