Had my favourite nutri kulcha once again after my graduation from DAV college. 15 years a long time. Today next generation is running the cart. Had same authentic dish from his father at a different location i.e outside Library of Dav college. Same taste of nutri, red chutney and green chutney, even onion also tasted same 😜, a must try dish when in Amritsar, but from few locations only.

Quite a famous street food eatery in Katra Ahluwalia Market near DAV college. In 1 plate 2 kulchas are served with sabji made of Soya chunks(Nutri/Soyabean). Kulcha is made with Soya though not stuffed, it has a flavor of Soyabean. It seemed okay to me as contrary to the much hype it has. But yes, it is different so worth trying if you are around.

If you ever find better nutri kulcha in Amritsar than this one, then please let me know. The taste they have maintained in their buttery kulcha dip with delicious and soft nutri is unbelievable. Whenever I visit Amritsar, I manage time to visit this place. For me it's the best in...
