KFC — Restaurant in Punjab

THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME OR WHAT? I wanna share my experience which I had last week. It was raining and I'm with my brother and his kid, three of us were hungry and tired and it was 11 past 10 pm. All the shops around there were closed but this KFC Restaurant was open still some customers are dining there and I saw a person taking orders and there was person standing at door guarding the customers from entering.we approached that person asked him and said, sir we are hungry please let us in. Clearly he wants to feed us but man at counter say sorry we are closed please leave and I begged him that we are hungry and there is a child in the car. He didn't care much about our hunger but he wants to close the shop asap. Three of us were wandered around there some how we found some thing to feed the kid. This the advice to the Manager please do something about it. If you didn't, you may spoil the reputation of the KFC. THIS JUST HAPPENED...

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at KFC's Phase 3 Mohali outlet on March 13, 2023, when I ordered 4 Piece HC for takeaway. The meal was disappointingly overcooked and unclean, and to my dismay, I discovered an unsightly and wrinkled piece of organ attached to the chicken, which could have been an intestine or something else entirely. This forced me to discard the entire meal, which was incredibly frustrating. To add to my disappointment, the staff at the outlet was unfriendly and appeared bewildered when I spoke to them in Punjabi. I am uncertain whether they were unable to understand me or if their behavior stemmed from arrogance. My previous experiences with KFC Khanna had been satisfactory, but this encounter has altered my perception of the brand entirely. I have pledged never to patronize...

On dated 20th November 2022 I ordered 1 large chicken popcorn (Take away order). I paid by Paytm. It was very unfortunate that those popcorns were not only 'FIKKE' in taste but i only got ONE chicken piece in a large popcorn box. Rest all was just crunch which was I guess twice or thrice fried because they were hard like stones. Taste wise they were completely tasteless (fikke). I was approximately 7 to 8 km away when I started eating the popcorn otherwise I could have returned to the restaurant and thrown them on their counter. It was not only a waste of money but also created a bitter experience for me and insisted that not to visit this KFC 3B2 Mohali again in the future. Adding one thing more .. there were baggers roaming inside the premises near order counters. Can check CCTV...
