Subway in general is always a good option for a quick eat.
But this Subway outlet is usually a bit below par.
For start - having visited them multiple times - their washroom is always closed and covered with a advertisement flex and they always say they just closed it because the water isn't flowing in washroom. But if it starts occurring every now and then - it is something that the owner/manager should look into.
Main part - SERVICE - educating about the product and letting a customer choose options is the core of what subway is, but the staff here is either untrained or undertrained, they want the customer to directly state what he/she needs and resistant to explain the choices of breads available or the kind of meats available or the kind of calories each sub contains, on being asked any minor detail - the answer is look online and just state what you want. While that might not be plain rude, but that is the only service subway has to offer and it should do better.
Food - Like any decent subway - it was good.

Every single time I’ve ordered online, they’ve either:
Skipped half the vegetables I selected, or
Sent stale bread.
When you’re paying ₹250–₹300 for a sub, you expect fresh bread and all the vegetables you tick-mark while ordering. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here.
This isn’t a one-off — it has happened 4–5 times in a row. I even called the manager, who apologized, but the problem continued in the next order.

To make matters worse, I found hair in the sub, which was extremely unhygienic. I contacted the restaurant, and Monika, the manager at 3B2 Mohali, offered a complimentary sub when I explained the situation. When I requested, she insisted I pick it up in person as they couldn't afford delivery. When I arrived at the outlet in Mohali, the staff informed me she is off, and they couldn't assist. Attempts to contact her were unsuccessful as she had blocked my number. Despite her polite conversation, I received no coupon, making this a very disappointing experience. Trusting such a manager is not advisable.
