KFC — Restaurant in Punjab

This place is almost average when asked of options and quality of good non vegetarian food as it is an American International food chain called KFC ie. Kentucky Fried Chicken. But there are a few problems that come to my mind like most of the food served here is not the boneless food, so it becomes tough to eat it at times. Also, there is no wheelchair accessible parking because of stairs. Moreover this place is very expensive in terms of the quantity of the food you order too. But as it has already made an image of itself in the world market of food about the type of food and services it provides, it ain't a bad place. Additionally to tell of, it is an all season place open during limited time periods. I'm not sure about the parking place available here at this place because I just went there about two to three times which was about three or four years ago and then I chose not to go there again as you might want to go to some better places open in the city for eating non veg food and that is better at quality and cheaper at prices though. Some of those places are like Beera Chicken, Makhhan Chicken at Majitha Road and lots more. This was MY honest review about KFC restaurant. Felt very sad visiting this particular outlet, and I'm sure this is the beginning of the end for KFC. Bunch of jockers standing at the counter doing nothing. Placed an order for two portions of chicken strips after being told that burgers and drum sticks are out of stock. Waited for round about half an hour wondering that just frying could take this much time.?? Finally canceled the order and that too.... have to wait for 10 mins to canceled the order. Pepsi water bottle costed me 50 rupees, the outlet doesn't have RO water facility, which is actually mandatory in any eating joints as per FSSI guidelines. Forget about everything else, the outlet can't even provide glasses for drinking water, for mineral water bottle sold at much more over MRP. Kindly look on to those materials as your managers will have option to join Macdee... or may be any other place but the existence of KFC (Trilliam mall, Amritsar) is at risk, and surely can't sustain ...

I honestly feel like nobody at KFC — not even the higher management — cares about customer feedback anymore. I’ve noticed this at several KFC outlets now: service quality and staff numbers have dropped badly. They don’t even bother to give you a bill or ask for your phone number anymore.

I ordered 2 burger meals, 1 rice bowl, and 6 hot wings, and it took over 30 minutes to get my food — and even then, I only got 5 wings because they said they were still cooking the next batch. That’s just unacceptable.

KFC, you’ve built your name on great taste, but please work on your service and management before your reputation goes down the drain. Good food means nothing if the experience keeps...
