If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely disgusting, and the employees are extremely unprofessional. I’ve faced issues with my orders multiple times. They often serve stale pizzas after midnight, assuming no one will complain.

I usually order through Zomato, and to be fair, the fault doesn’t lie with them—it’s the staff at this specific branch during late-night hours who are the problem. The food they serve is unacceptable. I even tried reaching out to the manager, but that got me nowhere.

This outlet is tarnishing the reputation of La Pinoz. If you’re considering ordering, I’d recommend Danna Paani or any other restaurant in the area. Just avoid the La Pinoz TDI City outlet...

Horrible service at this place I placed my order at 8 PM when I called at 9 pm for the confirmation they told that rider will come in 2 minutes . At 9:45pm when I called she told that due to heavy rush they tranfered my order to other branch. The lady in receprion who picked the call. Started blaming that my internet was was off and driver is saying my number was switched off. I never received my order and When I reached the cafe then the driver called at 10:15 PM. We order the food from this location so many times but this time it was so disappointing. First employee told us that if want delivery then mini order should be of 300 but this time they say it’s 500 you have to pick it up. When we visited the place employee was so rude and useless.
