Munchy's — Restaurant in Punjab

Taste is average but not much low cost options available so place runs well ....but front desk staff appears to be high headed.... and don't take orders carefully and at times behave pathetically..... just two days back i ordered 2pc. roasted chicken wings on phone and on pick up they gave me the fried ones and when i asked them ...... instead of admitting their mistake the front desk men argued the funniest thing an eatery manager can say that" fried ko hi roasted kehte hein"😀.....after some argument they agreed to correct their mistake....but behaved as if they are doing a great...

This place has variety of fast foods and they deliver at a very fast pace without compromising the taste foodies want . But currently giving 4 stars because of couple things. 1- Like the menu they printed the menus when they opened and till today's date they didn't even bothered to print new ones . 2- No sanitization sprays at tables / billing counter which in these are necessary I guess. SUGGESTIONS To MUNCHYS OWNER IF READING. 1- Place tissues and ketchup on table for the customers . 2- Print new menus so that customers can have a good experience while reading your varieties . 3-...

For a city like Pathankot theek thak si jagah hai to have fast food. I had Veggie delight meal(150/-) comprising of a burger,fries and a coke. My burger's bun wasn't fresh though the stuffing in it was good and overall it was tasting good. Aj kal k hisab se or Macdonalds ki 120rs ki Allo tikki meal k hisabse toh value for money laga:D . Ambience too was average cz of the dull lighting or may be wall colour pr lag dull sa rha tha. Staff behaviour bhi theek thak tha service bhi theek thak thi ....overall theek sa hi tha :D . Burger ka bun fresh hota toh would have given one...
