NIK BAKER'S — Restaurant in Punjab

I have been a regular customer of niks from the days its first branch in sector 35 opened. But recently when I visited the cp67 branch I was badly disappointed first of all by their service. The service was too slow and the staff was so unprofessional, while the food was still on our plates and I guess 5 times the staff person came to our table and kept asking, shall i clear the table!!!!!! Plus the food taste as well as quality was so bad.Even though I ordered smoked Chicken salad but i was served salad without any chicken in it. The smoothies were so thick and tasteless. Overall experience at this specific branch was so shitty.Will never suggest anyone or go to this again!!! Total waste of hard earned money...

This specific store in cp67 has the worst possible experience. The staff is in constant chaos, they do not have functioning POS. The cashier/manager is running around doing everything but take orders. When he finally does come to the pos, he refuses to take digital payments stating that they have a new software and will take time. I understood his predicament and requested him to get the order prepared while he waits for his system to work. He flat out refused to take order and said we will have to wait without food and without an order confirmation for his pos to work.

As someone who recently moved from Australia, I was always happy to enjoy the familiar taste of Nik Baker’s in India. But today was a turning point — I was stopped at the entrance for carrying an outside drink and was spoken to very rudely by the staff. I was told to throw it away or I wouldn’t be served, which was quite disrespectful and shocking.

Many of my friends had already warned me about the rude behavior at this branch, and now I understand why they prefer places like Tim Hortons. Sadly, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this location to others who expect...
