I have visited Punjabi Haveli thrice. The first time, food was ok-ish, place had a descent ambience and the staff's behaviour was ok, though not so customer-friendly.

The second time around with my parents anniversary on 30th October 2019, when the food was nothing short of amazing, and the staff was courteous.

The third time around was on my wife's birthday on 20th November when the food was still bearable but the staff behaviour was outrageous.

It appeared understaffed vis-a-vis the number of guests.

In a nutshell, visit this place if you don't care about the service and only food. No doubt the food is good, given the price they charge for it. I wish, I could give it three & a half stars, but the pricing is so damn reasonable and there's no provision for that rating. Hence,...

Yesterday evening after dinner in this place i ordered sizling brownie. When i start eat it is as hard as rusk. It is not able to cut by spoon. Even not cut by fork spoon also. I call waiter and show him the brownie. He said sir aise hi hoti haiii. Then i also complain there someone seems head waiter. But they not even offering to change the brownie. While paying bill I also said them how u can add this not eatable brownie in bill. Manger is also there, i complain him also. But they didnt do anything, i pay them the bill and come back. They have zero hospitality manner. 1st of all u serve wrong thing secondly despite of replace the item they said aise hi hoti haiii. And also take full charge of the item which is not eatable.
