We visited the restaurant after three years to recreate some old memories. We ordered drinks and snacks, which were fine. Later, we ordered penne pasta with white sauce in a non-vegetarian version. It took at least 20 minutes for our order, which was fine, but when it arrived, it was a vegetarian version with mushrooms and broccoli. We tasted it and it was good, but then they took it back, claiming they would add chicken.
When they brought it back, it seemed like they had cooked it again, adding too much salt and milk with the chicken. The pasta was overly salty, so we informed them. They took it back again, and I specifically requested that no further changes be made since the pasta was already overcooked. I asked that only fresh pasta be brought if they were going to remake it. The waiter assured us that fresh pasta would be prepared.
However, when the pasta came back for the third time, it was the same dish, cooked a third time, and had turned black. I pointed out that it was the same pasta, and that it had been overcooked. At this point, the owner began shouting from the counter, claiming that he personally cooked the pasta and was having the same dish himself. He insisted that there was no issue with the pasta and that it looked better after being cooked more.
His behavior was unprofessional and rude. Instead of handling the situation with care, he harassed us. The same dish had been cooked three times, and he kept blaming the pasta, saying extra milk had been added. He even mentioned he was standing with the chef and cooking it himself, though that’s not his responsibility.
To the owner: It's important to remember that how you speak to your guests matters. It's your job to coordinate with your staff, ensure quality, and treat customers respectfully. You need to work on your communication skills, manage your tone, and control your words. Your approach was completely inappropriate, and it wasted our time. Proper training for your staff would help avoid such situations in the future. In the past, we used to visit this place every week for food, parties, and dinners, and we never faced such issues. However, I believe the owner has changed, and this seemed to be a new experience with the...
Read moreWe organized a party here and their service was so slow that I can't even imagine it can happen in a city like Zirakpur. This was my first experience with this restro and I swear I am not going to visit their again. Waiters were so non sense and rude and their dj system is a disaster. No song lists and they will ask you to connect speakers with your phone,I don't know person will dance or will control music. After that when we gave review to their owner he was not even accepting that his service was poor and was constantly talking about how food quality is good. I have reviewed many restaurants and for me service come first and if it is so poor then food quality doesn't matter. Also, we booked their per person menu and they were taking so long to prepare snacks which should be prepared beforehand.
Not recommended at all. Highly...

I was traveling with my family and a pet. I asked them if it's ok to bring our dog also in the restaurant (since it was a hot afternoon and we were all very hungry), they very graciously obliged. What touched my heart was when someone objected to bringing a dog inside, they said "it's just a sweet bacha, he won't bother anyone" That almost brought me to tears.
Their food was also incredible. Do try their paneer lababdar and malai kofta!!
People like you are God-sent to the families who are ostricized by restaurants just for having a pet along. I thank you again for your hospitality with...
