All is well. It’s just the staff needs to be more professional with regard to the brand they are working. Just manage the staff who serve the food, rest the food and ambience with rock on its own. Must compliment the Chef is good, well kept cleanliness all around. Food presentation is good.

There should not be any chaos around the billing counter with all the staff standing and waiting for their turn in order to place order or get the billing done for the customers.

Manage staff with best practices to service with care and I am sure it will be amongst the best places in Jalandhar.

Decor and ambience is truly unique and you can feel your senses in the positive vibes you feel. Comfortable seats and lighting is cool with views of the main high street below.

Do visit and experience and enjoy the vast variety of beverages with food. Food pricing is okay with regard to the environment one gets to enjoy.

I went with my husband as surprise date on 24.03 as I had heard alot about the brand . However when we went, for about 10 mins, no one catered. Finallly when someone came to take the order , he was adamant on telling us to place order for something else rather than what we were selecting. Anyways . This chap with blue turban took our order and disappeared for next 40 mins . When we asked another guy about our order status , he said our order was not placed only in the system . Also when we enquired the blue turban guy about the same, he said apparantly the whole order fell. I recently visited Tan coffee and while the staff was friendly and welcoming, I had an issue with my coffee. I asked for my coffee to be made at a normal temperature, but when it arrived, it was way too hot. I politely asked for a replacement, and while I was appreciated for my patience, I believe I was given the same coffee after it had been left to cool for a few minutes. It still wasn't at the temperature I expected.

That being said, the staff was very nice, and the overall atmosphere of the café was cozy and pleasant. The coffee itself tasted great, just not at the right temperature. I'd still consider returning, but I hope the temperature issue is...
