Uncle Jack's — Restaurant in Punjab

We recently celebrated my nephew’s birthday at this venue, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that nothing had been prepared as promised. The place was not decorated or arranged, as they had assured us it would be, and instead, we were greeted by cockroaches and a shocking lack of cleanliness. The environment was so unhygienic that we immediately felt uncomfortable, but we decided to proceed, hoping things would improve.

The food was a complete disaster in every possible way. It was not ready when we arrived, and when it was finally served, it was inedible. The dishes were stale, tasted terrible, and, to make matters worse, were presented in dirty, unwashed utensils, which made us question the safety of everything we were served. The food was so bad that no one in our group could even eat it, leaving us all deeply disappointed and concerned for our health.

We had also arranged a pot painting activity for the children, but to our dismay, they didn’t have any pots available. This was extremely disappointing, as it was a key part of the event for the kids, and the staff made no effort to offer an alternative solution. The lack of preparation extended to the staff as well; they were severely understaffed, with only one young woman trying to manage all the guests. This forced my family members and me to step in and serve food ourselves, which completely disrupted our roles as guests and hosts.

To make matters worse, the play area for the children was poorly equipped and lacked sufficient balls. This led to a dangerous situation where a small child was severely injured due to inadequate padding in the ball pit area. The lack of attention to safety and the total disregard for guests’ comfort made this experience incredibly distressing for everyone involved.

Overall, this venue failed on every front—cleanliness, food quality, activities, safety, and service. It was a complete disaster, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it...

Finally came here & ordered a Kennedy's slider with black bun & a pizza fries. Pizza fries were kinda okay, like good good & the Burger well if we talk about the Bun, that's kinda not good really because they toast it literally like a street side vendor. But the stuffing inside the slider is good so that kinda compensates it. In the Kennedy's they have cottage cheese, zucchini & some onion jam (mayo) which is yeah, good.

Service is slow, there was nobody except me but it took them 25 minutes to make the slider. Overall, I'd say, 3.5 out of 5.
