Kajus Pizza is a disaster! We had a horrific experience there 30 minutes ago. The food was terrible - the Masala Pizza was flavorless and soggy, with a "special" topping that tasted rotten. The noodles were reheated with too much oil, the brownies were rock-hard, and the cold drink was flat. And to top it off, the paneer they used was clearly analog - it was like eating plastic.

The ambience was nonexistent - it felt like a drab, empty space. But the worst part was the staff's attitude. When we told them the food wasn't good, they got defensive and angry. Unbelievable.Save your money and your stomach. The pizza crust was like cardboard, and the cheese was bland. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested. We asked for a repeat of the order, but it didn't change. The bill was presented with attitude, like they were doing us a favor. We won't be recommending this place to anyone. Since we are regular customers at kaju's pizza,University road Udaipur, i would like to give an honest review of my today's experience of the same. We choose for 3 unlimited pizza meal and when weswe having pizza we found a hair inside the pizza while eating so we immediately reporteded manager bharat Shau who took us to visit the kitchen so that we could be assured that all the due safety precautions was taken and he told that this miskate would not happen again and few minutes after that there was a thread on a top of a pizza so we complaint about it to manager who felt Extremely sorry for the inconveniences caused and same has been reported to higher authority.So Bharat Shau assured that complete amount will be reimbursed by the staff as it was mistake on...
