2. self service - Restaurant is having good reputation but they do not serve any one , you need to take your food
3. taste - food is good , don't consider it's excellent or best quality. That is good as you get in other shops.
4. staff - Sweet side and counter side staff is polite and help us to understand things Food side staff is unpolite, unprofessional. They don't have manners they think they are owner of this restaurant
5. basic service - even they have good count of customers still they don't have water filter and clean toilets.

Huge building in the buzzling station road of Bikaner. Hardly 400 m from the main gate Bikaner Junction. The hotel is huge and has good wel mainted rooms. Best to stay here because the main market is just with in 2 kms of the hotel. Opposite to the hotel is Kot Gate which one of the important landmark gate of Old City. The Junaghar fort is close to the hotel. The staff are dressed traditionally and very polite. But there is always a wanting face of staff for tips.
