McDonald's — Restaurant in Rajasthan

I've been to the McDonald's in City Mall a few times now, and my experiences have generally been quite good. The first thing that struck me was the revamped design; it felt much more modern and spacious than the McDonald's I remember from my childhood. There's ample seating, which is a big plus, especially since this place can get absolutely packed on a weekend evening. It's a popular hangout spot, and for good reason. The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's—consistent and reliable. My go-to is usually a McSpicy Paneer Burger, and it always hits the spot. The fries are, in my opinion, better than what you get at Burger King, and they arrive hot and crispy. The self-ordering kiosks are a convenient addition, making the process much quicker than waiting at the counter. However, not every visit has been perfect. Once, during a particularly busy evening, the floor was a bit messy, and the staff seemed a little rushed. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it did stand out. I also wish they wouldn't charge extra for ketchup packets, but that seems to be a standard practice now. Overall, I'd say it's a solid choice for a fast-food meal in Kota. Peri Peri spice mix is ALWAYS unavailable here. Even the time when it was just a newly launched product. You are bound to have cash because they don't have PayTM and 90% of the time, the card swiping machine doesn't works. Today is 13-11-2017, and since past one month, they are out of all types of burgers and beverages. Even the nuggets and puffs aren't available here. The only thing you can eat is the low cost burgers like Mc Veggie, Mc AlooTikki, Mc ChickenGrill, Mc MasalaGrill and 2 average cost burgers i.e., Mc SpicyPaneer and Mc SpicyChicken ; French Fries and Coke or Ice Tea. Rest whole menu is sold out since one month. They are even sold out of IceCream and Brownies. Who the hell runs out of that? Expecting the new burgers introduced by Mc Donald's Company in this branch is a BIG disappointment. The last new add in their menu was Mc Maharaja burgers. After that, the only thing that got on their menu is big stickers of "SOLD OUT".
