PlatterzZ — Restaurant in Rajasthan

I have been a loyal customer of Platterzz for over 4 years, frequently ordering food for both lunch and dinner. However, my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with this restaurant. In the past, we've had to deal with hair in our food, dishes overloaded with salt, and even what seemed like leftovers from other customers. After expressing our concerns, we were assured these incidents wouldn't happen again, and for a while, we gave them another chance. Last night, I ordered chicken curry through Zomato. After enjoying half of it for dinner, we saved the rest for lunch today. To our shock, we found a METAL BUTTON at the bottom of the curry. This is completely unacceptable. A foreign object like this in food could have caused serious harm, potentially leading to choking. We will never be ordering from or visiting Platterzz again. I urge others to be cautious if they choose to dine here, as the negligence in food safety is alarming. While I could have taken some serious action, I'm well aware of how long and drawn-out such processes can be. We went to platters with the family to have dinner. The service was just disaster. Order taker came to the table to take the order almost 20 minutes later that too after calling at least 5 times. I GUESS THAT WAS BECAUSE OF SUNDAY AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THE MANNING TO CATER TO BUSY RESTAURANT. Once ordered the soups arrived and arrived A CRAWLING COACROACH ON THE TABLE WHICH WAS DISGUSTING TO SEE ON THE TABLE. And then they forgot to clear the table of the soup plates. After continuous reminder the clearance was done after 15 minutes. Meanwhile the tables which came after us were almost finishing the maincourse. To save the grace at least food was good. But it was a really frustrating experience with two hungry kids along with us. I will not...

Food is good. Portion size is very small for the amount charged. Worst of all, is the service. The waiters were straight up rude. It looked like they were doing a favor by providing us dinner. Before reaching the restaurant, i had confirmed with the staff that last order time was 10:30pm. The server started pestering us to order main course along with the starters at 9:40 .
