Last weekend, we had the pleasure of dining at Cosmo Bar & Bistro for an exclusive dinner and drinks experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the meticulously curated setting. The perfect blend of ambient lighting, tasteful decor, and lively electronic music created an inviting atmosphere. Adding to the vibrant ambiance was a live IPL screening, which made the evening even more engaging.

Our culinary journey at Cosmo was nothing short of delightful. We started with their highly recommended soya chaap, which was so delicious that we couldn't resist ordering it twice. The flavors were impeccably balanced, making it a standout dish of the night. Next, we savored the mini vadapav platter and chili garlic noodles. The vadapavs were perfectly spiced, and the noodles had just the right amount of heat and garlic kick, leaving us thoroughly satisfied.

Complementing our meal were a selection of expertly crafted cocktails. We indulged in a Negroni, Sex on the Beach, Cosmopolitan, and a few others. Each drink was mixed to perfection, enhancing our dining experience with their refreshing and robust flavors.

The vibe of the night at Cosmo Bar & Bistro was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. The combination of great food, excellent drinks, and a lively yet comfortable atmosphere made it a night to remember. As a special highlight, we celebrated our friend's birthday with a beautiful Fresh Fruit Cream Cake. This delightful cake was crafted by Chef Priyanka, who leads Let's Knead and Cosmo with exceptional skill and creativity.

This is a beautiful rooftop restaurant with not so great views but the ambience is beautiful. People are nice, food is okay, good choice in bar. The only thing I don't understand is why people in such places are rigid in playing only English songs? We were couple of friends and were the last one left, requested to play some decent old songs as everyone had gone. You have created a nice place and we really liked it, now when you bring us in that mood, you don't want to enjoy it more and make it a memorable visit and we can come back again, but it seems you are not interested. I know it's your place, your rules and you cannot listen or cater to every request, but when there is only a table and that too when your closing time is coming, why not make it more memorable. Ranking it only 4 star, I may want to try it once again, but...
