Hotel Gorbandh, Udaipur — Hotel in Rajasthan

I'm giving it 3 star from overall experience point-of-view. I booked it directly from its website, so it was on a little costlier side. Pros: Location - it is located ~1.5km to Udaipur Railway Station. Everything Price - it's a 3-star hotel and great value for money (if you book it through online aggregators). Food - I liked mix-veg and lachha paratha for dinner. It was okay-ish. But someone who is looking for home like taste then it might be the answer.

Cons: The size of the rooms was not an issue but the cleanliness was not upto the mark. Even though we reached hotel by 10pm, which is normally not the check-in time, we were offered rooms that were not clean - bathroom, doormat etc. The hotel is located just besides a road that is busy in nights as well. So one may not be able to get proper sleep. There's no option for heating the rooms. We were shivering at night as it was so cold. Basic amenities, which are offered complementary, like water bottles(1st day it was provided), sleepers etc. were required to asked for but on chargeable basis.

Overall, I liked the staff as it was well behaved, especially Mr. Punit for how he connected well and helped with each and everything. He provided every detail on WhatsApp - links for virtual lookout was best. Only concern is not all things/ facilities were available as was shown there in the room virtual tour link.

Some of the major sightseeing points like Gulab Bagh, City Palace, and Pichola Lake are within walking distance from the hotel. The staff are extremely courteous and always ready to help. Free wifi offered by the hotel has decent speed. The toiletries were of good quality.
