Taste and quality of food is deteriorating day by day and when you raise an issue with the owners n staff they are not ready to accept it n in turn respond that other customers are not complaining about anything. There are many food counters at Fateh Sagar food market but this one is too much hyped about and crowded n these guys are not ready to digest that any customer has a complaint about their food, instead they're ready to argue with the one who has complaint rather being courteous to the customers. Hospitality is one thing which they have to learn. As far as food is concerned is average. There're better options available in the market like Payal n a counter nearby Payal. When you're into food industry you have to take care of very minute details as it is related to serving food like they do not wash or soak overnight their coffee mugs made of clay before using them because of which clay particles are there in the coffee n crackles inside your mouth. Sandwich is hard to eat after it is grilled they use very very less butter even if you insist n request them to add extra butter they wouldn't add it as it increases their costs. Manchurian n Pasta is ok ok. Most of them use Ajinomoto in Chinese which is not good for health. Maggie is good as it takes no extra burden to prepare or play with flavours. Adding cheese n sauces doesn't makeup the good quality of food, rather it speaks for itself. When you serve food you need to be very liberal, you can charge the customers extra but must not compromise on the quality of food. This very thought n culture is not in the food serving industry in Udaipur as of now but will come soon only who serves quality will survive.
