I am writing to formally bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience I had at your M2K outlet on 27th May 2024 at approximately 11:30 PM.
During my visit, I was shocked by the extremely poor level of service and the unprofessional behavior of the staff on duty. To begin with, the air conditioning was not turned on, making the dine-in experience uncomfortable and unpleasant—especially given the warm weather. When we politely inquired about it, the staff responded dismissively, showing no concern for customer comfort.
What was even more alarming was that there appeared to be no manager on duty at the time. When we tried to escalate the matter or speak to someone in charge, we were told there was no manager available during the shift. This lack of supervision was clearly reflected in the staff’s behavior.
Two employees in particular, one named Chetal and another whose name I was unable to catch, were extremely rude and disrespectful. Their tone was unprofessional, and they showed no willingness to assist or even maintain basic customer service standards. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a brand that is globally recognized for quality and hospitality.
As a regular customer of Burger King, I was very disappointed by this experience. I believe in providing fair feedback with the hope that appropriate action will be taken to ensure no other customer has to go through such poor service. This incident has seriously affected my trust in your brand, especially at this outlet.
I request that this matter be looked into urgently and appropriate steps be taken, including staff training, managerial supervision, and ensuring basic amenities like air conditioning are functional during business hours. I would appreciate a response regarding any actions or follow-up taken in light of this complaint.

We ordered Flamed grilled mutton whop Very pathetic I will say. The mutton tikki was not even near to the size shown on the display screen. The mutton tikki was almost burnt in the name of grill. Salad inside the burger was not even near to the one shown in the picture on the video display near cash counter. Korean spicy chicken meal. It was good. Tasty and the material inside was exactly or near to the one shown on display. Cold drink looked a bit less in quantity. It was not that crysp as you get in a bottles cold drink. A bit on sweeter side instead. Two crispy chicken 99 Both burgers were good to taste but lacked salad inside.
Now, The inside sitting area looked like a bit low standard. Lack of cleanliness. You can very easily see so many flies and mosquitoes there. There was no light in the Washroom area.
