McDonald's — Restaurant in Rohini

Very bad Years after visiting m2k McDonald’s outlet , today I had a very bad experience with respect to 2 things

1- Billing counter person and helper to him were non cooperative I have always used app for availing offers but today I was facing problem using app so I contacted Mr Anil , billing counter person but he said go to order placing machine and you will get there His helper came but he had no idea of using app n said there is no offer which can be attached with order I approached Mr Anil , billing counter person

First he made me stand for good 10 minutes and finally when I raised my voice he attended me and then told his helper there was offer but can’t be given He also told me to go for order again something to avail order He was very cold while dealing with customer Other customers were also complaining about his rude and non helping behaviour

McDonald’s m2k manager should make 2 helpful and knowledgeable person seated at counter to help customer

2- seating arrangement leaves lesser space for seating actually During peak time finding a place to sit is a tough task

Mr Manager please review the seating to enable more customers...

This place is my Friendship ADDA...Me and My Friend always come and dine in here ....Always we eat Mc.Aalu tikki burger, and paneer wrap so Today i ordered Mc.puff, Fries, and Coke ...Fries with peri peri...Must try guys❤️I Love to Eat Fries there....All Food they serve are very yummy and delicious....Kabhi kabhi Hot serve nahin karte hain, that time i feel bad about it, but overall i had a good experience with this place...Thanks for serving...

Quality of food has dropped ridiculously. Though staff is very good and helpful. But i won't waste my money on McDonald's again.
