Gokul Fresh — Restaurant in Siliguri

I really don't know how have then managed to degrade their quality so badly. Service is really bad and the food quality has been degraded so much.

I will never ever buy any sweets from gokul fresh from now because:

Sweets Quality: I really wanted to give my in laws the best sweets and went to gokul fresh to take it the badam katli and mawa laddoo were totally old and extremely bad, I was in hurry so couldn't taste it but trusted the good image of gokul fresh but that turned out to be a total disaster. I gave them the sweets as a response i got a extremely bad review about the sweets.

Packaging: They probably has the worst packaging, When ever you ask them to pack 500g, the box they provide is bigger and the sweets do not cover the full box, and looks like the sweets has been taken out from the box. This made us extremely shamefull. After the distribution of the box we got complaints from our relative asking about the boxes being opend and sweets being taken out. This was extremely shamefull for us. This type of packaging is extremely unacceptable.

We had been one of the most loyal customer for gokul fresh. but you guys have extremely disappointed us.

Never recommending it to anyone from now, and never will purchase anything from them.

This place deserves 5 star hands down because of its food quality, packaging and taste.

My mother was not in town hence I decided to order breakfast from zomato. Since there are not many options for brkfast in siliguri, I had to zero down my choices to Gokul Freh. The rating wasnt excellent but I had to take the risk bcz other establishments with high ratings arent very great either.

I ordered

Club Kachori (₹48) - Kachoris were crisp, fully cooked and tasty. Sabzi was also tasty but the oil content was as usual similar to other establishments. They must reduce oil content to be first mover in the market.

Onion Kachori (₹30) - After jaipur's rawat's pyaaz kachori, I liked the pyaaz kachori here. Its not only has a unique taste but is also filling. Do give it a try if you like or do not like kachoris.

Gulab Jamun (₹22) - Soft and sweet. (Sweetness could be reduced a little but thats my personal preference).

Veg Cutlet (₹25) - crisp and fresh. Overall taste was great but can be further improved.

Overall, my experience was great and none of the items disappointed me.

Onion Kachori is a must try. Its difficult to find this item anywhere else...

Worst Customer experience I've ever had. Product quality was still acceptable. But the staffs there do not know how to treat a customer. They have a total zero knowledge about customer dealing.

The staff who attended me had time to chat over the call, he intentionally made me wait for about 30 minutes just for coffee. I hope it doesn't take half an hour to make coffee, moreover when the coffee is already available in the mug. There was no such rush. But still he made me wait for soo long.

The aged person sitting at the counter behaved quite well. He was well mannered. The short-heighted employee over there was feeling irritated when I asked him for a separate carry bag (he did not pay attention when I instructed him to do that the moment I placed the order).

With due respect to "GOKUL FRESH", I would like to say that, you deserve better staffs who are atleast educated after customer service. You are gradually spoiling your own reputation by hiring such ill-mannered staffs.

"I repeat, food quality is acceptable (3/5). Expecting the quality to be better according to the price. Customers expect 5/5...
