WOW China — Restaurant in Siliguri

Never order food from this restaurant!

I had initially ordered Chicken Manchow Soup from Wow! China, and it was quite good and tasty. Based on that experience, I decided to order lunch the next day – Chicken Tom Yum Soup, Chicken Fried Rice, and Chicken Chilli.

However, they sent me Veg Tom Yum Soup instead of Chicken Tom Yum Soup. The soup tasted absolutely terrible and was not edible at all.

I tried calling the restaurant five times, but no one received the call. Then I contacted Zomato – they picked up the call but provided no help whatsoever. This kind of poor service is completely unacceptable.

Taste and quantity of the food were horrible. The service is slow and they don't even provide plates to eat. You have to eat from the box itself which is very inconvenient for items like rice and gravy items. The fried rice was tasteless and hot garlic fish was just edible.
