I recently had the pleasure of dining at A2B on Camp Road, Tambaram, under unexpected circumstances. It was a drizzly late night, and my mom had just returned from the US, so we were looking forward to a warm meal together. Upon arrival, we were informed that the service was about to close. However, the exceptional manager, Silambarasan, and Vetri stepped in and instructed the waiters to accommodate us.
Their kindness and willingness to serve us despite the late hour truly made our experience stand out. The waiters, too, were attentive and served our food with love and respect. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch.

We all choose big names like A2B because we believe in their quality, hygiene, and reputation. But this incident has completely shaken my trust. It’s not just about food quality anymore – this is a serious health and safety risk. Imagine if a child or elderly person had unknowingly consumed this!
Restaurants with such a strong name should be extra cautious, but what I experienced was the exact opposite. It feels very sad and frustrating that nowadays even top-rated restaurants cannot be trusted blindly.

Read moreIf I can give negative starts I would have given. Very very arrogant staffs. Mainly the restaurant people give something that you ask and they will say this is what we serve. For example I ordered mini idlies they served sambar mini idlies for kid. I asked why they say to their dictionary mini idli means sambar idlies. I politely asked how the kid can eat all they do is turn back and walk like some dog is barking. They have name so they think they no need to respect anyone, what ever they do still customers will come for the name. This is where we as customers have to think and stop this kind of people from going further. Or else they destroy small restaurants and become monopoly and treat you like this...
