Very good pastry shop. Cakes,sandwich,Burger juice items available. Red velvett cake is spl here.....Very tasty...mostly all people like tht aftr tasting this. Fresh cream cakes are good in quality & taste. Birthday cakes - photo cake, theme cake, layered cakes are available. Little bit costlier but it's worth the price.

We bought a cake today and it's old. It's too mushy at the bottom and it tasted different. I have attached pics of the cake. we are disappointed.

We had ordered a cake for a family function (engagement). We specifically told them to make the cake with minimal cream and deliver it at a specified time and paid full amount in advance.

The cake itself was delivered late by 1 hour. We were shocked to see a 1inch layer of cream, while the cake itself was all soggy. Even more shocking was that the heart shaped lollipops placed on the cake had fallen down on one side and one side of the cake was literally disfigured.

Worst was the food colour used in the cake. The damn thing (blood red colour) wouldn't wash off for 2 days.

I would definitely not be giving them any business in the future. If you are planning for a family event, please do not buy cakes from this shop or you will be forced to regret later in the same...

TARTS HAS NO VALUE FOR A LONG LASTING AND REGULAR CUSTOMER. TARTS HAPPILY LOSES ITS CUSTOMER. Me and my Family used to buy cakes from Tarts (East Tambaram, Selaiyur) on a regular basis for all the occasions ...,This time we ordered a cake with blueberry flavour,the cake tasted normal..but the pink colour frosting had a bitter taste, while eating a piece of cake on the whole ended up leaving a bitter taste in our tounge. I sent the cake back to TARTS...the shop assistant who attended didn't accept their fault .. n he was really rude....they were ready to argue to the eternity .Worst...

I am buying cakes in this shop for more than 6 years for special occasions. Reason of choosing this shop is quality of the cake but their service is very very poor... last time during March month, i order 2 KG cake and requested them to provide paper plates and spoons they agreed for it but they didnt provided... even yesterday, i brought 1 kg cake no candles...no cutting knife... This shop cakes are very costly in this area but their service getting poor day by day... I even convey this to the owner...
