Ganga sweets — Local services in Tamil Nadu

Usually we buy sweets here often. They use to keep sanitizer near the entrance but yesterday couldn't find one..

when asked, the staff were reluctant and after demanding they brought something filled in an old colin bottle and said as sanitizer.

There was 99% water and 1 % don't know what and showed to us. The staff was looking at the face of the person at the counter before bringing and taking back immediately.

The person in the counter cooly said that they stopped keeping sanitizers since its being used by all the customers who visit that has become costly to them...

Surprised to see a shop with no sanitizers, in spite of government's strict instructions and also shocked to hear that its costing to them since every customer use that....

Atrocious and lethargic attitude of the staff and management...Ganga Sweets management should view this seriously and ensure to follow the SOPs issued by the government to fight against Covid...

If again we find that there's no Sanitzer, will be forced to inform the health dept authorities....

Please don't enter this place if there's no sanitizer found....Our life is more important than Ganaga Sweets...

Great disappointment Lose motion & vomiting after eating some chat items from here ,

Not to disappoint you I'm telling truth & I have shared my experience as below :

Onion was not added in pani poori even after requesting the chat walah bhaiya several times and you charge 50Rs without adding onion greedy ppl, not worth for money because Tamarind water and jaggery water pani/water was very dirty was not even having great taste, and felt like Tap water was added and also poori was not crispy either.

Then in Pav bhaji my god disaster! they added old ghee and rotten onion which was creating bad smell and lemon piece was not having water and dry ingredients which created vomiting after eating pav bhaji . Taste was really a disappointment in camp road ganga sweets chat items ( I have tried many chat items in chennai in many ganga sweets branches but this is really not worth ) There are only 2 Tables available so totally, they don't pay attention to the chat dishes and customers No place for washing hands , it was in old bucket with dirty water and creating lot...

Yesterday night went to this shop .. while eating found a hair .. i went to the billing person and informed the same. He called the person who prepared the food and said to check . I picked hair and showed to him .. he said ‘oh ok ‘ .. thats it .. he went to continue his work .. very disappointed.. disgusting 🤮 behaviour.. unhealthy.. pls while eating in this shop check few times .. they will laugh if we complain and will not respond.. we have to pay for this types of unhealthy food...
